Their Need: Giveaway that would create memorable buzz at Legal Marketing Assoc. trade show

With so many law firms using Introhive’s technology, the Legal Marketing Association’s (LMA) annual conference is an important event for the company. It’s a great opportunity to meet up with customers, partners and prospects and to get a pulse on current trends in their industry. An increasing number of their law firm clients rank among the Am Law 100, the Forbes 100 of the legal industry. So, for the 2018 show, they wanted to make a big splash with a fun giveaway that would be memorable for high level attendees long after the show was over – and would elevate the Introhive brand. In support of these goals, they decided to increase their usual tradeshow giveaway investment. Rothschild Marketing developed a number of themed premium concepts that amplified Introhive’s messaging. With the event in New Orleans, the client chose “Got the CRM Blues? Let Introhive Jazz it Up.”

The fun exterior package with fun jazz theme prompted curiosity about the package contents and the speaker itself was a big hit. These were distributed both via the room drop and at Introhive’s booth.

Customers commented that the premiums were creative and fun, and prospects were left with a positive brand impression coming out of the event.

We originally approached them to source a few giveaway items for the booth and room drop at LMA, and their creative team really took those ideas to the next level. They created the messaging, design and packaging. It delivered a punch that really pushed the Introhive brand to stand out at this year’s show,” Introhive’s Marketing Director said.

Introhive worked with Rothschild Marketing to redesign their show booth and to develop a direct mail campaign. The old booth, below, was improved upon.

For the direct mail campaign the client chose “Turn up your relationship intelligence with Introhive” combined with a Bluetooth speaker for the mailer.
